I started Poisonous Whimsy a few years after I first fell in love with the art of bug pinning. Pairing bugs with beautiful stones and crystals, dried flowers, and other pieces of nature felt like I was bringing them back to life in a way; giving others the ability to fall in love with insects as I have. 

 

Animal taxidermy is still something I'm relatively new to at this point, but I'm eagerly exploring it. 

 

Along with bugs, I also sell stickers and prints on my Poisonous Whimsy etsy store.
